4th Meet - July 12This meet is away at Villages of Westminster. Unless you have advised the coach of a late arrival, each swimmer is expected to be at the pool and ready for warm-ups by 5:15pm. Please ensure your swimmer(s) seek out the coach upon arrival. Our team's warm-ups for this away meet is scheduled for 5:30 pm with the meet promptly starting at 6:00pm. Home Meet July 5Our other home meet is set up as hosting our neighbors Windsor Great Park. As we are the hosting team, we again have first warmups. Unless you have advised the coach of a late arrival, each swimmer is expected to be at the pool and ready for warm-ups by 4:45pm. Please ensure your swimmer(s) seek out the coach upon arrival. Our team's warm-ups is scheduled for 5:00 pm with the meet promptly starting at 6:00pm. Volunteers, since this is a home meet, there are a lot more responsibilities we must fulfill as the host team. Please seek out the scorekeepers table so that you can sign in with the volunteer coordinator and we can ensure all positions are full. Home Meet June 28 Our first home meet is set up as "hosting" a virtual meet against Edgehill. As this is a virtual meeting, we can determine our own schedule and create a fun meet for all our ages. Be ready for warm-ups by 4:45pm. Volunteers, home meets already require additional roles to be filled, but as this is virtual, all jobs must be filled by us requiring all hands on deck. Please seek out the scorekeepers table so that you can sign in with the volunteer coordinator and we can ensure all positions are full. We are so excited that our 6 and under group is growing so quickly. To help with that, this time slot will be to help families to become more familiar with our team, as well as help our coach become familiar with each swimmer and their abilities. Please come with your questions and bring your swimmers in their suits. Regardless of your child(ren)'s please still bring them ready to jump in. There is no pressure and this is simply to ensure that each child is in the correct group to provide both a safe and fun experience for all. |
